The new intake of pupils at Barrhead and Neilston in 1981 taken by Stephen Mansfield for the Barrhead News in August and September. In order they are Neilston, St. Mark's, Cross Arthurlie, St. John's, Auchenback, St. Thomas's, Springhill and Carlibar Primary.
