Gala Night at Barrhead's Dalearn House 1978.
In the run up to Barrhead Gala Week in 1978 in May that year the committee organised a cabaret night in the town's popular nightclub Dalearn House. On the night the Gala Queen was officially crowned, the winner of the Miss Barrhead competition was chosen and entertainment was provided by the finalists of the earlier talent competition and the town's Burgh Band.
